1. OVERVIEW
Baby Aiden (Jamie Wakefield trading as Baby Aiden) is based in Cwmbran, South Wales. We are an independent reseller of baby products supplied by Johnston Prams & Buggies Ltd. Orders placed through www.babyaiden.online are fulfilled and despatched from our supplier's UK warehouse, meaning there are no additional duties, tariffs, or hidden charges on UK deliveries.

2. ORDER CUT-OFF TIME
Orders placed before 2:00 PM GMT, Monday to Friday, will be despatched the same working day.
Orders placed after 2:00 PM, or on weekends and UK public holidays, will be despatched the next working day.

3. UK DELIVERY OPTIONS
Standard Delivery (3–7 Working Days) — £4.95
Fully tracked and recorded service. 99% of orders arrive within 3 to 7 working days of despatch.
Express Delivery (1–2 Working Days) — £6.95
Premium tracked service. 99% of express orders arrive within 1 to 2 working days of despatch.
Free UK Delivery — on orders over £100
Free standard delivery is automatically applied at checkout for qualifying orders.
Pallet Delivery for Bulky Items — from £29.95
Required for large or heavy items such as travel systems, furniture, and oversized products. A bulky-item surcharge will be applied at checkout where applicable.
All deliveries are made Monday to Friday, excluding UK public holidays.

4. DELIVERY TO IRELAND
Standard Delivery — €8.95
Fast, fully tracked delivery across the Republic of Ireland.
Free Ireland Delivery — on orders over €125
Automatically applied at checkout for qualifying orders.
Pallet Delivery for Bulky Items — from €34.95
For large or heavy items delivered to Ireland.

5. INTERNATIONAL DELIVERY
We can deliver to locations outside the UK and Ireland. Delivery costs and estimated timeframes for international orders will be displayed at checkout. International delivery rates may vary depending on destination and parcel size.
Please note that customs duties, import taxes, or additional local charges may apply to international orders. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in our delivery charges.

6. TRACKING YOUR ORDER
Once your order has been despatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking information.
UK orders are primarily shipped via Royal Mail or DPD. You can track your order using the links below:

7. PRE-ORDER ITEMS
Some products may be available for pre-order before they are in stock. Expected delivery timeframes for pre-order items are shown on the product page and in your order confirmation email.
Once your pre-order item arrives at our supplier's warehouse, it will be despatched immediately and you will receive tracking information by email.

8. SPLIT DELIVERIES
We reserve the right to deliver your order in separate parcels, particularly for large or multi-item orders. You will not be charged additional delivery fees for split deliveries made at our discretion.

9. DAMAGED OR INCOMPLETE DELIVERIES
Please inspect your order carefully upon receipt.
- Any shortages or damaged items must be reported to us in writing at jamie@babyaiden.online within 3 working days of receiving your delivery.
- Errors in picking (incorrect items) must be reported within 7 days of receipt.
- We are unable to accept claims for damaged or missing items reported outside these timeframes.
When reporting a damaged delivery, please retain all original packaging and include photographs where possible to assist with any claims.

10. FAILED DELIVERIES
If a delivery attempt is unsuccessful, our courier will leave a calling card with instructions on how to rearrange delivery or collect your parcel from a local depot.
If a parcel is returned to us due to an incorrect address provided at checkout, or failure to collect, we reserve the right to charge a re-delivery fee.

11. DELIVERY DELAYS
Whilst we make every effort to meet the delivery timeframes stated above, delays may occasionally occur due to high demand, adverse weather conditions, or circumstances beyond our control. In such cases, we will endeavour to notify you as soon as possible.

12. YOUR CONSUMER RIGHTS
Your statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 and the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013 are not affected by this Shipping Policy.
